Better Alt+Tab
Alt+Tab is a core feature that many users rely on for fast multitasking. For new users, the default behavior might feel a bit off or limited compared to what they're used to. Here’s how to make it smoother, smarter, and more helpful.
Recommended Settings in System
Navigate to: Settings → Windows → Alt-Tab
Alt-Tab switcher style: Window preview (no icons) → Clean, no visual clutter.
Display the Alt-Tab switcher on the primary monitor: ✅ On → Prevents the switcher from jumping across screens.
Move minimized windows to the end of the Alt-Tab switcher: ✅ On → Keeps focus on what’s actually open.
Delay before displaying the switcher: 100 ms → Feels instant but avoids accidental flickers.
Show windows from all workspaces: ✅ On → Lets you switch across desktops freely.
Warp mouse pointer to the new focused window: ✅ On → Keeps your pointer aligned with your new focus.
